Our Early Years Children & Families service offers meaningful engagement and consultation with Aboriginal families entering into Family Dispute Resolution and other mediation services
FDR is a process in which a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP), independent of the parties, helps people to resolve some or all of their disputes arising from separation or divorce. FDRPs are trained in assisting people to resolve disputes but they cannot give legal advice or impose a decision.
