Perc Griffith Way is home to parts of the OAMS Healthcare Division, the Diversified Services Division of NDIS and Aged Care, the entire Corporate Business Partners Division, and the Human Resources, Finance and Administration, Quality, Innovation and Excellence units. The site primarily operates as the OAMS Allied Health precinct, encompassing the Oral Health Clinic, which provides dentistry and oral health therapy, as well as Hearing and Vision clinics, and other specialist clinics such as colonoscopy.

Gateway Crescent is our clinic, which is part of the OAMS Healthcare Division. Our Medical, Primary and Allied Health Unit, and Social Emotional Wellbeing units operate from this site.
16 Cameron Place Orange
Cameron Place houses our Waluwin unit, which is part of the OAMS Healthcare Division. This purpose-built centre provides exercise physiology, one-on-one and group exercise classes.
Palmer Street Orange
Palmer Street houses our Out-of-Home Care (OoHC) unit of the OAMS Diversified Services Division. This site supports the case management, carer support, and family time for children living in OoHC arrangements.
8 Oxley Place Orange
Marang Gunya is a community hub, utilised by our SEWB unit and other external service providers to provide community programs such as playgroups and tenancy education.
