OAMS wellness programs focus on improving health and wellbeing by targeting positive lifestyle behaviours including exercise, healthy eating, stress management and sleep. The program incorporates the latest health information and research into a step by step program aimed at helping OAMS clients to live the best life they can.

OAMS has partnered with the Orange Aboriginal Men’s Group (Coonabahloo Gibir), to conduct a Healthy Exercise and Training Program for the past 4 years. This program conducted 2 days per week, includes cross fit training, diet and nutrition, health checks, psychology support and attracts a mixture of Aboriginal and Non-Aboriginal males and females.

The program runs for 1 hour every Tuesday & Thursday night with 2 personal trainers and goes for 6 months.
