Our story
Orange Aboriginal Medical Service (OAMS) is making a difference to the health of Aboriginal families and the wider community of Central Western NSW. Commencing in 2005 with only a handful of staff members, OAMS has now expanded across 5 locations, providing a wide range of services to the whole community.

We acknowledge and pay our respects to the Wiradjuri people; their Elders, past, present and emerging. We extend this respect to all people that we live and work within our community. All of OAMS’ facilities are built on traditional lands of the Wiradjuri people of which they are the rightful custodians. We recognise sovereignty was never ceded and we celebrate that this always was, is and always will be Aboriginal land.
